Spacious, modern rooms with full kitchenette and amazing beds. Courtyard between the bar and pool is a nice touch. Great location and texting requests are very convenient. Included breakfast is a plus. Check out at noon is appreciated.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The location was so convenient, being close to both the airport and the casino. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was absolutely amazing. I also loved the fact that there was a fitness center, which was tidy and well-maintained. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. I really appreciated the option to text them for anything I needed, like extra towels or trash emptying. The check out time of 12 noon was also a great bonus, giving me that extra hour of relaxation before leaving.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.

My stay at this hotel during Christmas was fantastic! the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the location was ideal, being close to the attractions I wanted to visit, such as the Inner Harbor and Arundel Mills Mall. the room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed having a kitchenette with a full, size refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave, which made it convenient for preparing meals during my stay.

There were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. the housekeeping could have been better, as I noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom and kitchen area.

The staffs were exceptional & accommodating. The continental breakfast was delicious with plenty of food.

Contemporary hotel, the staff were all genuinely helpful and attentive and the location was prime in the area. We liked our room that was cleaned and available with pullout sofa and microwave, as for instance.

The amenities and beds were top-notch, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The customer service at Element was exceptional. Despite it being a last minute reservation, the staff were friendly and efficient in getting us checked in quickly. The late night shuttle driver, Jimmy, went above and beyond to ensure our tired group from overseas arrived safely. The cleanliness of the lobby and rooms were impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room layout, complete with a small living room and kitchen, provided all the comforts of home. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely consider staying at Element again on my next trip.

We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great vibe to them. We particularly enjoyed the amazing beds, which were so comfy that we had to take a nap as soon as we got in. The bathroom was also fantastic, with great water pressure in the shower. We appreciated the full-size fridge and kitchenette, which came with dish soap and paper towels. The AC was great, and we were able to adjust it to our liking. The breakfast was included and had prepackaged sandwiches that were good enough. The location was perfect, very close to everything we had planned to do in the area, including the nearby casino, shopping center, Green Turtle restaurant.

I recently stayed at the Element in Maryland for a week and absolutely loved it. The room was incredibly well-designed, with plenty of storage and all the comforts of home. It was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, and the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service within a 5-mile radius. The staff was friendly and the property was clean and modern, with fast wifi. The breakfast had a nice variety and the heated pool was a great bonus. This is now my go-to hotel when I visit Maryland.
